Happy new year to you all from the PTFA.
If you feel like getting your grey matter as well as your bodies active in 2020, please make joining the PTFA at their Quiz Night on 8th February one of your new year’s resolutions.
With kind permission of the school, we’ll be using the kitchens to rustle up some fantastic curries to feed all attendees on the night. So your ticket will give you entrance to the quiz as well as some fantastic Indian food, served with rice, chutney, raita and so forth.
The PTFA will be running the bar, so we’d be delighted if you’d help us raise further funds for the school by supporting that.
So head to Wisepay and book your tickets now. Senior school age children are very welcome to attend, but we expect with one or two exceptions, their knowledge of 1980s music and 1990s sitcoms may not match yours. So if they’re happy to try anything folk, by all means bring them. But if who won the FA cup final in 1989 isn’t their specialist area of knowledge, they might be happier at home.
If you want to form a team, up to 8 is allowed – but feel free to make friends on the night and form a team then.
Tickets are £10. And if you have any allergies that the food options on Wisepay don’t allow for, please do feel free to email us at email@example.com
Thanks everyone. Look forward to seeing you there. And make sure you reserve 21st March in your diaries for our next family friendly Chocolate Bingo night. More details to follow.

P.S. If you haven’t Googled it yet – Liverpool won the FA Cup in 1989. But the final nearly didn’t happen at all. Can you remember why…?
